Yes! You can cancel anytime, the initial contract is 12 months rate is guaranteed based on agreed setup and monthly pricing. However if for some reason you are not satisfied and we can't come to an agreement to continue with our services you can cancel in the first 30 days after project launch without any further payment. Although, we know you're gonna love us!

*Note: All setup fees are nonrefundable.

The only additional fees would be for excess use of emails or the SMS messaging system. Each plan includes a robust amount of monthly emails and SMS/Call message minutes/use but in the case you would need additional use we offer it at a very affordable price based on industry standards. Yes our AI support is available LIVE 24/7 via AI chat and zoom video conference live call for onboarding and 1 live call quarterly for ongoing support as needed.

Yes we offer live onboarding training, system training, ongoing support training as needed. Plus a complete library of training videos to show you every aspect of growing your business with Launch Marketing Hub.
